Boost liqueurs image and visibility in cooking and banish negative assumptions in order to make journalists want to write about it and ultimately encourage consumers to use them.

ACTION PLAN

  • Search for chefs and pastry chefs ambassadors who can highlight the liqueurs in their dishes and desserts in partnership with Wolfberger
  • Masterclass organization around Wolfberger Gastronomy products, orchestrated by Stéphane Pitré, Chef and Frédéric Cassel, pastry chef, both partners of the brand
  • Digital press invitation
  • Creation of 2 salty recipes and 2 sweet recipes followed by a tasting session
  • A press kit « the best secret from gastronomy chefs» sent after the event with both chef and pastry chef recipes
  • Attendance of a photographer and a video maker on site to create content usable by Wolfberger
